This week we are focusing on moisture. It's important to keep your skin as well as well as your hair moisturized.
Avocado is a great home veggie that can be used on the skin as well as the hair for that. Its filled amazing, good fats that is great for replenishing you hair with everything it needs to transition from winter to light, lovely spring hair.
Use a whole avocado and grape seed oil together and apply it to your hair, put a shower cap on it and let it sit for 20 minutes and then rinse until its all out of your hair to restore shine and luster.
